He has been featured in some of Austin’s most notable publications such as Austin360.com, The Austin American Statesman, and was also listed in XL Fortune 500 as “One of the people to watch”. Austin Monthly Magazine named him “One of Austin’s Most Eligible Bachelors” in the 2015 Edition and his most recent honor came when he was inducted into the Irving Independent School District’s Class of 2020 Hall of Fame for Academic and Athletic Excellence. When Norman is not making and closing big deals as a National Channel Director for Avaya, his hands and heart are reaching out and helping the children in the community. He is currently a board member for Partnerships for Children. He has volunteered at Safe Place, Neighborhood Longhorns, The American Heart Association, and The Boys and Girl Club. Norman has been featured as a keynote speaker for schools across central Texas.
